Sweet Potato Casserole

sweet potato, butter, pecan & marshmallow.

Inspiration: A Southern staple at holiday meals, with turkey, with ham, really with anything! Sweet potatoes mashed with butter, mixed with pecans and brown sugar, covered with marshmallows and baked until gooey. Can't get much better. And it's a vegetable. Kind of. Okay, it doesn't go on the dessert table. Usually. One of my favorites. I proudly own the title of Yam Hog my uncle gave me as a child. like. adult.
